In order to apply for credit on your behalf, it will be necessary for Woodstone Funding and its partner lenders to make reference to credit files held by national credit reference agencies about you. To inspect the information held about you by these agencies, you can apply directly in writing to:

Woodstone Funding cannot enter into dialogue with applicants regarding any refusal of an application for credit on their behalf, or special conditions attached to an approval based on credit scoring details.

Borrower's Declaration

• I/we declare that the statements and particulars in this application are true to the best of my/our knowledge and belief and shall form part of any subsequent agreement.
• I/we agree that such information may be relied upon by all third parties to whom you approach in the same manner as if such third parties had received the information directly.
• I/we confirm that I/we have the consent of any third party whose details I/we disclose to Woodstone Funding to authorise you and third parties to process such details for assessing my/our application.
• I/we agree that you and any resulting lender shall be entitled to use and process the information given for:
  1. Searching files of credit reference or fraud prevention agencies before and during the lifetime of any agreement;
  2. Disclosing data to credit reference agencies for future credit or fraud prevention purposes;
  3. Disclosing data to relevant insurers, funders, or debt administrators;
  4. Checking identity and preventing money laundering.

Personal Details & Data Privacy

Personal details submitted to Woodstone Funding are held securely by us and our partner lenders. Proof of identity and address will be required in all circumstances where credit facilities are offered. Failure to provide requested proofs may result in withdrawal of credit offers.

Applications by Third-Party Introducers

If you are acting as an approved introducer of customers to Woodstone Funding, you must first make your customer(s) aware of the above terms and gain their full prior consent to make the application and be bound by these declarations on their behalf.
